Natasha Marsh is a seasoned NDIS Compliance expert, and now Service Delivery Manager at Provider+ with extensive experience managing certification requirements for over 3,000 NDIS providers.
As both a former Lead Auditor and NDIS Manager for an Approved Quality Auditor, she brings unique insights to the complex regulatory landscape. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Business, a Master in Work Health and Safety and Lead Auditor certification in Integrated Management Systems, specialising in risk management, healthcare systems, and ISO standards.
Natasha is also the parent of a child receiving early intervention support, and she is particularly passionate about being able to combine her professional expertise with personal understanding and lived experience to help providers deliver exceptional care.

Yvette Clark is a Senior NDIS Consultant at Provider+ with over 33 years’ experience in the disability sector. Starting as a support worker in 1991, she has progressed through key leadership roles including team leader, senior manager, and Interim CEO.
Her expertise spans both provider and auditor perspectives, having conducted certification audits and technical reviews across all NDIS registration groups. Yvette holds Diplomas in Quality Auditing, Business, and Case Management, with specialist IABA training in Positive Behaviour Support.
Her comprehensive understanding of disability services, from SIL homes to behaviour support, is driven by a passion for ensuring people with differing abilities have access to safe, quality services.

Audit & NDIS Operations Specialist
Gillian Collis is a Senior NDIS Consultant at Provider+ with over 20 years of experience in compliance, quality management, and leadership across the NDIS and aged care sectors. She has worked as both a provider leader and an NDIS Auditor, giving her a well-rounded understanding of compliance requirements and the challenges providers face.
Gillian has held an executive leadership role overseeing HR, WHS, and compliance for an NDIS and aged care provider. She played a key role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, NDIS Practice Standards, and Aged Care Quality Standards while leading teams through continuous improvement initiatives. She also worked as an NDIS Lead Auditor, conducting Verification, Certification, and SDA audits across multiple modules.
At Provider+, Gillian helps providers navigate NDIS compliance, audits, and registration processes, using her expertise to guide them through every stage. She is passionate about supporting providers in maintaining high standards while delivering safe and effective services to participants.

Cynthia Ly
NDIS Consultant
Compliance Specialist
Cynthia Ly is an NDIS Consultant at Provider+ with over seven years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery. She previously worked as a National Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, leading teams to maintain high standards across SIL, SDA, and specialist care programs.
Cynthia has extensive expertise in regulated restrictive practices, incident reporting, medication management, and compliance frameworks. She has worked closely with the
Department of Communities & Justice and the Office of the Children’s Guardian, managing compliance for Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC), Bail Accommodation Support Services (BASS), and Temporary Care Arrangements (TCA).
She is passionate about supporting providers with compliance strategies, audit preparation, and quality assurance, helping them deliver safe and effective services.
