End ED – Community Centre Industry Focus

Please meet End ED, one of our exclusive Community Centre exhibits at the Brisbane Disability Connection Expo 2022, presented by Holistic Horizons.

End ED provides tools and support for those whose lives have been affected by eating disorders.

Living with an Eating Disorder (ED) can be an overwhelming and confusing time for both the sufferer and family/carers, It is often very hard for the family/carer to understand the dynamics that fuel the eating disorder, and equally difficult for the person with the eating disorder to explain what problems or needs the eating disorder behaviours are trying to express.

That is where End ED can step in – the support team can provide compassionate support and connection through lived experience and give valuable assistance in navigating the health system and understanding recovery treatment options.

If you need help or guidance, drop in and see End ED at the Community Centre across the two days of the Brisbane expo – April 29 and 30, 10am to 4pm, at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The free Community Centre is an initiative of Developing Australian Communities to recognise the inclusiveness and community spirit shown by many not-for-profit or charity organisations throughout Australia.

We can’t wait to see you there! Haven’t registered? It’s not too late! Register today – https://www.developingauscommunities.com.au/brisbane-expo-2022/visitor
