Sydney Disability Connection Expo 2025
Sponsored by Lite n’ Easy
Yet another rocking expo!
Thank you to the 6453 visitors, 139 exhibitors, and 8 sponsors who joined us at the Sydney Disability Connection Expo 2025, proudly sponsored by Lite n’ Easy. Your support is invaluable to the 4.4 million Australians living with disabilities.
This, like every Disability Connection Expo, is thoughtfully designed and shaped by people living with disabilities, for people living with disabilities, making it a truly unique community event on the social calendar for thousands of participants, family members, carers, and service providers each year.
It was incredibly inspiring to see so many familiar faces coming together, connecting, laughing, and building meaningful relationships that will last well beyond these two days.
A big thank you to:
- Expo Naming Sponsor, Lite n’ Easy, for your continued support and dedication to providing healthy, delicious meals for NDIS participants!
- Info Hub Sponsor, Provider+, for offering expert advice and support to both participants and providers.
- Coffee Sponsor, Provider Choice, for fueling the expo with free coffee and hot drinks all day long!
- ExecConnect Networking Event Sponsor, upcover, for ensuring NDIS providers have the peace of mind with tailored insurance solutions.
- Platinum Sponsor, Care Group Community Services, for their commitment to making the world more accessible through quality care and support across multiple states.
- Specialist Hub Partner, Aligned Community Care, for empowering individuals with high-quality SIL and complex care services.
- Gold Sponsor, 24/7 Care Disability Services and Activity Hub, for your flexible and participant-first approach to care, helping people across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and beyond.
- Expo Help Desk Sponsor, Visualcare, for ensuring a seamless experience for exhibitors and visitors from the moment they arrive.
Your contributions make a significant impact on the success of this event.
It was wonderful to see so many returning visitors taking advantage of our expo favourites, such as the recharge stations and chill-out zones.
But one of the biggest hits? The Expo Treasure Hunt!
Visitors eagerly made their way around the event, collecting codewords, meeting incredible exhibitors, and winning exciting prizes along the way.
From uncovering hidden gems in services and supports to walking away with exclusive giveaways, the Treasure Hunt added an extra layer of fun and engagement to the expo experience.
We loved seeing the excitement on everyone’s faces as they completed their maps and claimed their rewards. A huge thank you to all who took part and made this interactive adventure a massive success!
Our 139 exhibitors made the most of the space, forging lasting connections with each other and with the 6453 visitors. Many exhibitors achieved record-breaking numbers of connections, which means countless lives of those living with disabilities will be positively impacted.
By bringing everyone together in such large numbers, our events have truly solidified their reputation as the biggest and best in Australia. We can’t wait to see everyone—and even more—next year!
