When Donna first connected with ASAP Solutions, the stress of managing her NDIS supports was causing her distress and had taken a toll on both her mental and physical health. Her Plan Manager and Support Coordinator were simply not doing the job of assisting Donna correctly and her health was suffering as a result of trying to manage her supports and the logistics of those supports such as invoicing and payments through a dysfunctional service that was placing roadblocks where they should have been opening a clear path for good communication and service.
Donna had become sceptical of the system, disheartened by the lack of service and distressed by the additional burdens and complexities that her Plan Manager was adding on to her shoulders.

That lack of trust was overcome by open dialogue with everyone within Donna’s network including her support workers and this was integral to winning back her faith in a system that was supposed to be working for her, not against her.
Donna is now confident in calling ASAP Solutions if an issue arises and picks up the phone regularly knowing any problem will be addressed and sorted out as a matter of urgency.
