Major Sponsors

Major Sponsors receive premium brand placement and are our most elite tier of sponsorship. Your company branding will appear all over the expo.

Your company will be associated with all PR and social media activity related to the expo allowing you to stand out and receive maximum exposure.

A subsection of the Major Sponsors, are our Major Naming Sponsors. These are our most exclusive level of sponsorship packages as your company is directly linked with the naming of a specific section of the expo, giving your brand increased visibility and exposure. Once any of these packages are taken for an expo, they are gone until the next year.

Expo Naming Sponsor

This is our most elite sponsorship package. We see our major naming sponsor as a true collaborator to help make the expo exceptional for everyone involved. Like any partnership, it requires both parties to support each other with ideas, activities and … to engage the local community and bring the expo to life to exceed the expectation of everyone involved. During the expo you’ll have premiumly positioned brand placement, so much so that people might think it’s your company that’s running the show.

This sponsorship level is so important to the success of the expo that you are not able to simply purchase it. You can submit your expression of interest to be considered as a region’s Naming Sponsor (or for all regions). Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner is the highly anticipated highlight of each expo. At our first Gala Dinner in Brisbane, we had 220 guests help raise just under $20,000 for our two causes. The Gala Dinner Sponsor receives the same benefits as the Major Sponsor along with the naming rights for the Gala Dinner, so your brand will be associated with all PR and social media activity linked to the big event. This sponsorship level is ideal for any organisation that wants to build relationships to 100s of providers and their leadership teams.

Live Streaming

Social media has no boundaries. This is why we leverage it to take the expo to those that aren’t able to physically attend. We will be Live Streaming the expo in real time to participants and carers from local suburbs right through to regional areas that each expo is hosted in.

As well as receiving the same benefits as a Major Sponsor, the Live Streaming Sponsor also has the naming rights to all boosted live streams from the expo. Your company’s logo and brand will be associated with all video footage and viewed 100,000s of times by both visitors of the expo and people who aren’t able to attend. This will expand your reach and exposure across the State.

And, the great thing about being this sponsor is that this footage will live on once the expo is over. This will allow your brand to be consumed month after month, year after year.

Main Stage Sponsor

At the centre of our 8,000-13,000 sq mt expos is a lushly laid out main stage area that will showcase all the performances of our sponsors and exhibitors over the two days of the expo.

Every 15-30 minutes a new performance will take place, consistently drawing in visitors throughout the expo. Videos and photos will be taken all day long and as the Main Stage Sponsor, you’ll have premium branding dotted around this stage, so your brand will be beamed all over social media.

If you want your brand to be linked to fun, energy and bringing people together to bring the best out of them, this is the perfect sponsor package for you.

And, the great thing about being this sponsor is that this footage will live on once the expo is over. This will allow your brand to be consumed month after month, year after year.
