As our expos typically sell out each year, and many exhibitors have favourite positions they like within our expo, we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Those who book first with us, get first preferences with their booth.
So, when you sign up for the Early Bird Offer, our team will ask you if you have a specific booth preference, or if you have a section of the expo (like being near the entrance, or main stage etc) that you’d like to be placed in.
- Booths are then placed in the order of who registered first, second, third etc.
