As our expos typically sell out each year, and many exhibitors have favourite positions they like within our expo, we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those who book first with us, get first preferences with their booth.

So, when you sign up for the Early Bird Offer, our team will ask you if you have a specific booth preference, or if you have a section of the expo (like being near the entrance, or main stage etc) that you’d like to be placed in. Booths are then placed in the order of who registered first, second, third etc.
