Let’s Connect Support Services has a vision of delivering services that truly meet customer needs. They understand that the journey to NDIS participation can be confusing and daunting for some people.

An Early Bird and Major Sponsor for the Brisbane Disability Connection Expo 2023, we are happy to welcome them on board.

Their strategy initially is to work with customers to make their NDIS journey as stress free as possible and then work to develop individualised supports that help customers get the best outcomes from their NDIS plans.

Let’s Connect Support Services’ commitment to customers is to support them to find the supports of their choice that suitably meet their needs. Their aim is to provide a totally independent service based entirely on the customer, who they are and what they have a need for in their life right now.

An NDIS Registered Provider Let’s Connect Support Services, are heavily involved in creating relationships with the services they are referring their clients to and can be seen amongst the provider network at many events sourcing opportunities as possible options for their client base in an attempt to help them reach their goals.

As a capacity building support, Let’s Connect Support Services will help you understand and use your NDIS plan to pursue your goals. They ensure that each participant has full choice and control over the service providers they choose, breakdown the budget of the plan so the participant and nominee has full knowledge of how they are going to get the most out of their plan, identify any problems within the plan and support participants with advice with where to go if they need to review their plan.
