Easy Healthcare is an NDIS provider with much experience offering a wide range of tailor-made disability services, for both children and adults. The Easy Healthcare team “prides themselves on their flexibility in helping clients through customised service and expertly linking them to optimum healthcare professionals.”

The Easy Healthcare team are huge advocates of the disability sector. It is their team culture that sets them apart from other providers. The co-founders of Easy Healthcare are Jay and Sherya. Jay says of his leadership style, that he has a “vision to help the people with disability to live their independent life.” He says he empowers his team with the belief that if any action is going to help a client live a better and more independent life, then they have the freedom to do whatever they can to help those people with disability.

Shreya agrees and says, “I used to work in the disability sector for a very long time and I wanted to do something on my own. I saw some people with disabilities were suffering in many areas.” She says that if participants want “something different from that being provided to them, they need the freedom to choose their own path. This is why we started Easy Healthcare.”

Shreya says to anyone who wants to successfully work with  people with disability, then “we welcome them in Easy Healthcare, even if they don’t have experience, that is fine.” She says “we believe if any team member can follow our instructions and they have that energy and passion to learn as much as they can, they will succeed. She says “that’s how we grow. We are giving team members a successful experience and we are giving our participants a better life.”
