Easy Healthcare is a dynamic, united team-centred NDIS provider that is rapidly growing with branches in most Australian capital cities. They strive to “help participants  live an enriched, independent life, prioritising physical and social well-being.” Diversity and inclusion are core values at Easy Healthcare. Co-founder Shreya says she works hard to “create an environment which feels energetic and vibrant for both our participants and our support workers.” She says she encourages anyone to come and join their support worker team. “Our door is open for everyone.” They encourage anyone, “even if they have no experience in the sector, we are more than happy to give you the experience ”.

Team members speak very powerfully about the remarkable pride they have in this organisation.

Team member Isaac reports that he has been with Easy Healthcare for “about six months now.” He says he was drawn to this organisation because he ‘saw all the people being helped by this beautiful company and being happier. This honestly inspired me to join them.”

Another team member shared that he has “been in community services for a long, long time. I have found Easy Healthcare is always willing to go above and beyond for our participants. I love that we are working as a team, as a family. Whenever someone feels slow, there’s always the team who can inspire them and push them to do their best. That’s my favourite part of the team.”

Another support worker reports that “this organisation does not focus on just being business minded. They try to help people; they have high ethics. That is what makes them different. And I’m very glad to be a part of such a team. They are always thinking about people’s lives, so that’s how they are growing. They do everything to boost our client’s confidence and make them independent.”

Yet another support worker says that “being part of the Easy Healthcare team means everything to him.” He says, “I think I was the third employee at Easy Healthcare, so I’ve seen everything in this team, and I love working for them. I couldn’t ask for a better team than this, honestly.” He said, “it is the teamwork here that makes all the difference. Teamwork is one of the main keys I think, for any success in any business sector.”
