At Joy Valley Care they refer to their team of support workers as ‘Lifestyle Support Partners’ who are also nicknamed by their participants and relatives as ‘Joy Valley Angels’. Joy Valley Cares official title of  Lifestyle Support Partner demonstrates that they see themselves as being in partnership with you to support you in meeting your goals and enjoying a lifestyle of your choice.

Joy Valley Care provides an environment that encourages you as a participant to be who you are. They provide a home where you are free to make choices that suit you and that you are comfortable with.

Joy Valley Care has qualified and experienced Lifestyle Support Partners (Support Workers) 24 hours a day. They also have Registered Nurses in their team who are available at all times when required.

At Joy Valley Care they are committed to supporting people with intellectual and physical disability to live their lives to the fullest without feeling restricted.

All meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner are cooked fresh on site.

Assisting their participants with all activities of daily living where assistance is required as prescribed by the participant. Joy Valley Care assists participants to attend appointments and weekly activities such as work and day centre programs, as well as concerts, movies, sporting activities, eating out and picnics.
